Who wants to be a millionaire? ![]() The Mayor of Bogota, the Ministry of Culture, Recreation and Sport and the District Institute of Arts have announced a big-money photography competition for both amateur and professional photographers. The photos must celebrate the "open spaces" of the capital city. Three different categories of photos will be accepted: those exhibiting "ownership" of the public spaces, "Recovery" of a public space, and "Unknown": a new way of looking at the city's public space. The prizes are big, starting with COP $2 million for the top photo in each category. For more, see the official website. |
